Colton AFC 7 - 2 Savile Town FC (12.10.19)

A rest from the league this week saw us play Savile Town in the cup. A team from the division above so a tough game was expected. Colton started the game with some excellent football with the first 20 mins been some of the best we've played, getting the ball out wide early and then into the box saw us get 2 goals in quick succession, goals from Dave and Nash.

Then Savile are awarded a penalty but a fine save from Walesy kept it at 2-0. Colton remained on top but ball watching and not marking let Savile nick one before half time.

The second half was much more of the same which saw Colton get 5 more goals and Savile 1 more also. Goals came from Nash 3, Albi, Phil, DAve and Tom Whelan.
