Middleton Park U23s 2 - 1 Colton AFC Reserves

A slightly different team available this week due to the size of the squad. Nevertheless Colton took the lead through Phil Woofit and at half time were looking good with a 0 - 1 lead.

A very good moved from Middleton in the second half and poor positioning play from Colton gave Middleton an easy equaliser. This equaliser gave Middleton the belief that they could come back and take the game. Which they did not long after their first goal.

At 2 - 1 down Colton rallied and in the last 20 minutes, it was all Colton with three good chances to turn the result around but it just wasn't to be.
