Old Batelians First 1 - 4 Colton AFC Res (19.10.19)

A trip to Batelians saw 2nd from top play 2nd from bottom on a pitch with really long grass, it was very difficult to play good football. Colton however tried to play football and went 2 - 0 up with good goals from Dave and Phil.

A bit of ball watching and not man watching saw Batley pull one back before half time. Just after the 2nd half started Dave was able to get another making it 1-3. Batelians kepper was there best player pulling of a great save from Tom Whelan about 20 yards out. 3 changes saw Colton continue to attack and a goal for Laim Swift put Colton up 1-4.

A couple of good saves from Walesy kept the scoreline at 1-4. Job done.
